Strength: 2 Position Squat Cleans

  • 10 Minute EMOM: Hang Clean + Full Clean
  • Minutes 1-5: 75%
  • Minutes 6-10: 80%

MetCon: 20 Minute AMRAP

  • 1 Run to the Stop Sign and back
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 25 American KB Swings (53/35)
  • 6 Tire Flips
    • Teams of 1 or 2 for the Tire part
    • Share as needed
    • Wait for your turn if it gets congested
    • Go in teams of 2 if desired
  • Start on Different Exercises as needed for space

Post-Workout:

  • Accumulate 2 Minutes in an L-sit
