Strength: Deadlift

  • 5 x 3 @ 75%
  • Use warmup sets as needed

MetCon: "Triple 2's" (25 Minute Time Cap)

  • In Teams of 2...
    • Both partners run 2000 meters (15 laps) at the same time
    • 200 Double Unders (Split however, but must be 50/50 ratio total)
      • Only do 400 singles if subbing
    • 2,000 Meter Row (Split however, but must be 50/50 ratio total)
      • If Class size is over 8, some teams start on row and some start with run
