Strength: Clean + Jerk

  • Minutes 1-3: 1 Clean + Jerk @ 65%
  • Minutes 4-6: 1 Clean + Jerk @ 70%
  • Minutes 7-10: 1 Clean + Jerk @ 75%

MetCon: Burpee/Deadlift Ladder

  • Minute 1: Perform 1 Burpee + 1 Deadlift (225/155)
  • Minute 2: Perform 2 Burpees + 2 Deadlifts
  • Minute 3: Perform 3 Burpees + 3 Deadlifts
  • Proceed adding 1 rep of each exercise until you can no longer finish the reps in the alotted minute

Post-Workout:

  • 3 x 10 Scap Pull-ups
  • 3 x 10 Seated DB Curls
