Strength:

  • Front Rack Walking Lunges
    • 4 x 12 (6 Each Side)
      • Go heavy and build over the 3 sets
      • Rest 1-2 minutes in between sets
  • Weighted Good Mornings
    • 3 x 5
      • Go heavy and build over the 3 sets
      • Rest 1-2 minutes in between sets

MetCon: For Time..

  • 21-15-9 Front Squats (165/115)
  • 21-15-9 Hand-Release Push-ups
  • 42-30-18 Double Unders
    • Do 21 Front Squats, then 21 HRPU, then 42 Double Unders, then 15 Front Squats, and so on...

Post-Workout:

  • Recover: Foam Roll/Mobility/Stretch
