  • 1 x 95%
  • 8 x 80-83%
    • If you did not get 8 at 80% last week, then try for that again.  If you got it, then shoot for 83%.

MetCon: 12 Minute AMRAP

  • 30 Double Unders, 1 Power Snatch (115/75)
  • 30 Double Unders, 2 Power Snatch
  • 30 Double Unders, 3 Power Snatch
  • 30 Double Unders, 4 Power Snatch...
    • Continue adding 1 Power Snatch each round until time is up

Post-Workout:

  • 3 x 8 Rear Delt Dumbbell Raises
  • 3 x 10 GHD Hip Extensions
