    • 3 x 80%
    • 2 x 90%
    • 1 x 100%
    • 1 x 100%+++
    • Use as many attempts as needed to find your current 1RM

MetCon: 13 Minute Partner AMRAP

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • Partners can split reps any way desired, both partners cannot be working at the same time

Post-Workout:

  • 3 x 10 Front Delt Shoulder Raises (dumbbell)
  • 2 x 10 GHD Sit-ups
