  • Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes (5 sets), perform one hang snatch plus one squat snatch, followed by...
  • Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets), perform one hang snatch plus one squat snatch
  • Build over the course of the 8 sets
  • Go heavier on the last 3 sets

MetCon: 3 Rounds, Fight Gone Bad Style of:

  • 1 minute of Rowing (calories)
  • 1 minute of walking lunges with no weight
  • 1 minute of sit-ups
  • 1 minute of rest
