Strength: Arm Day!

  • Ring Dips 3 x 6-8
  • Barbell Curls 3 x 8  

MetCon:

  • Death by Pull-ups
    • Start by performing 1 Pull-up when the clock starts
    • Then, add 1 pull-up every 30 seconds until you can no longer get the amount of pull-ups done in the allotted 30 seconds
  • Rest 3 MInutes
  • Death by Burpees
    • tart by performing 1 burpee when the clock starts
    • Then, add 1 burpee every 30 seconds until you can no longer get the amount of burpees done in the allotted 30 seconds 

Post-Workout: 

  • 3 x 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 3 x 10 Good Mornings
