BRING-A-FRIEND DAY!!

Strength: Snatch

  • Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 Sets), perform 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch.
  • Build over the course of the 8 sets.
  • Start with a weight that can be executed with good form.

MetCon: 12 Minute AMRAP

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 1 Bear Crawl

Post-Workout:

  • Spiderman Stretch
  • Banded Shoulder Stretch
