Strength:

  • Floor Barbell Press
    • 3 x 8
    • Much harder than bench press; do a warmup set to get a feel for it
  • Upside Down KB Press
    • 3 x 5 per arm
    • Stay with a weight that you can control

WOD: In teams of 2...

  • Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
    • 1 Lap Farmer Carry (53/35)
      • Partner does burpees while waiting (score total burpees per team)
      • Both partners do a farmer carry before moving to row
    • 250 Meter Row
      • Partner does sit-ups while waiting (score total sit-ups for team)
      • Both partners complete one row before moving back to farmer carry
