  • 12-15 minutes to build to a heavy complex of:
    • 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat
    • Build using 5-6 sets
    • Feel free to drop the bar between cleans

    • 3 Minutes of (30/24) inch box jumps
    • 3 Minutes of 115-lb. SDHP

Bonus:

  • 3 Rounds of:
    • 10 Reverse Curls + 20 Straight Leg Deadlift without setting the bar down between movements; rest between sets
