Strength:  Clean Pull + H. Clean – 75% 4 x 1+1, 1+1, 1+1, 1+1

WOD:  6 min. Timer:

  • 150 DUs

*In the remaining time:  AMRAP Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

Post Workout:  3 Rounds

  • 20 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 10 Bridges
  • Stretch, foam roll, work on mobility

Challenge of the Week:  Max burpees in 1 min.

The two man or two woman teams will compete in 3 WODs for the fittest title of Little Rock. ALL levels are invited and encouraged to register (scaled options available), so don't hesitate to join us!
