Skill:                       Bear Complex

 

Strength/WOD:                7 Sets of the Following

  •                                                 Power Clean
  •                                                 Front Squat
  •                                                 Push Press
  •                                                 Back Squat
  •                                                 BTN Push Press

*Complete 5 Rounds increasing load each round

*Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds – this is not a timed workout

*The barbell cannot rest on the ground during 7 sets

*3 burpee penalty each time It is set down during sets.
