Our Classes

501 Crossfit offers classes for people of all fitness levels, with an emphasis on functional movement. Our helpful coaches and friendly members will make for a great experience. Workouts typically take an hour or less, and normally include a pre-workout with a strength or skill and a post workout with accessory work or stretching mobility.

In an AMRAP an athlete aims to complete as many rounds as possible within a time period.

Named in honor of our fallen heroes. They are some of the most intense workouts your can experience. The goal of the Hero workout is to get outside of oneself and think about the hero that has given his or her all.

Every Minute On the Minute
During an EMOM workout you will perform a specific amount of work within a minute. The sets restart every minute.

One of the benefits of Razorback Crossfit membership is access to our pool. We design custom workouts to include swimming and body weight movement.

The Girls are benchmark workouts that are high intensity and typically shorter than Hero WODs.

About Us

The Box

Housed within the North Little Rock Athletic Club, our climate controlled box has the ability to handle any workout.  The CrossFit floor is open throughout the day, and we also offer access to amenities such as a pool, a full locker room with towel service and showers, dry and wet saunas, and much more.
